Room in Clapham Common Flat!

I have a cosy room going in my flat in Clapham Common! Living with 4 others (1 girl and 3 guys) from Australia and New Zealand.

We are very social and like making the most of the common at the end of the street in Summer. We have pretty busy lives but very much enjoy hanging out in the flat as well. In our spare time we stay active and dabble in a bit of travel when we can! We are ideally looking for the same in someone wanting to join our home.

We all work between the office and from home.

The flat has a huge kitchen/dining space and even bigger lounge with a balcony directly off it. The room is on the smaller side and comes with double bed, tall set of drawers and a big wardrobe. There is also plenty of extra storage around the flat.

The flat location is pretty ideal. Clapham Common is 5 minutes away at the end of the street, it’s a 10 minute walk to the tube station and within a 4-minute walk of about 8 different bus routes. On the corner are both Sainsburys, Tesco and a cute coffee shop.

Our preference is for a girl to keep the gender balance in the flat.

Move in date is around the 25th November.
