Hi there!

We live in an amazing flat but after many years of house shares we've decided we want to find our own place closer to our work outside of London.

The room:
Suitable for both an individual and a couple. It's a beautiful good sized double room with huge built in wardrobes, a private en-suite shower room/ toilet. The mirror even has a built-in speaker!

The flat:
The flat is an amazing location on a quiet street just by Clapham Common with a nice 10-15 minute walk to Clapham Common tube. It is a stunning newly refurbished top floor flat that has been decked out to a very high spec - exposed beams, new furniture, crockery, posh knives, nice lighting, loads of storage space etc. There are 3/4 flats in the building all of whom are lovely neighbours and we have a shared garden that they are in the process of landscaping in time for next Spring.

There is bike storage, car parking (you just need to apply for a permit) and Tescos / Sainsbury's / Co-Op 2 minutes away at the end of the street.

You'll be sharing with one other person, our lovely housemate Bianca and her dog Maple 🐶 we'll be hosting the viewings but obviously super important you meet them as part of the process! Lovely landlord who is very proud of the place!

Aiming for someone to take over the lease by Christmas so happy to be flexible to accommodate viewings.
