I am subletting a room for 3 months from the start of January.

A fantastic location on a night bus route, and 10-15mins walk to the Clapham Common tube station, on a well-lit road.

£695/mo, bills included (full price of flat £850/mo)

Female- only house

House includes:
- Large shared living room (with space to wfh if needed)
- Large, fully furnished kitchen, including washing machine, microwave, clothes airer. Utensils/dishes etc available if needed
- 1 bathroom with a separate toilet
- Patio

The room has a double bed. I am happy to leave some basics in the house, so let me know
