Double room sublet for Christmas, Clapham

Double room available in Clapham Common for a 5 week sublet - from 6th December - 10th January! I am going to New Zealand over the holidays so the room will be free over the next 5/6 weeks (I can be flexible on dates/sublet period! Happy to discuss alternative dates/rent)

10 minutes walk from Clapham Common station, you’d be subletting my large double room with a desk, with all bills included :) My flatmate Charly owns the flat and she has made it really lovely! We like to keep the place clean but also like to have our friends over - a good mix of fun and chill! Charly will be working full time over Christmas so this would be a great wfh spot too. Charly has lived in London about 8 years so she’s the one to ask for all London recs, and she also loves dogs so pets are very welcome too! :)
