Clapham Common - Double room with balcony

We are 3 girls (plus a lovely cavapoo - Rue 🐶) looking for a fourth housemate to join us in our new home in Clapham Common!

£1100 plus bills (around +£120 each)
The house is lovely and spacious, has a garden, and you will share a bathroom with two other girls. The bedroom can be seen in the video that is uploaded.
We are all due to move into the house on 20th Dec, as we are leaving our current rental to move somewhere bigger, and found a perfect 4 bed.

Located on a quiet road just off the main Clapham Common high street with loads of nice pubs and food places!
We are also a short walk from Old Town Clapham which has amazing brunch spots.

👭 We are 3 girls (age 28-30) who all met on SpareRoom and have become great friends! Claire (Clinical Research), Frankie (Finance) and Eddie (Marketing) all have office jobs in London and work 2-3 days a week from home. We have become good friends since moving in together in 2023 (and Claire later in 2024). Frankie has a 2 year old cavapoo called Rue, who is super well behaved and loves the pub! We are very sociable but also respect each other’s space, often chilling on the sofa in the evenings and going out to the pub/restaurants at the weekends, and even a few holidays! We also have our own friendship groups in London and often mix friends.

We are looking for someone (girl or boy), age 27-31, who thinks they may be a good fit, dog lover is a must!! Working professionals only please, you will need to pass the referencing 🫶🏻✨
