The room is available ASAP and as I have moved out, the sooner the better. The rent on the contract is £1050 + bills but as I need someone in asap I am willing put the room up for £995.00 as I am willing to contribute £165.00.

Bills come out at roughly £40 per week but during the summer months this is lower.

Sharing with 3 male young professionals in their late mid to late 20's. They work in finance, accounting and sports marketing. Tidy and easy going housemates who are looking for someone similar.

Spacious double room with built in wardrobes and under eaves storage. Backs onto a quiet private housing area. The house is in great condition as it was only newly refurbished a few years ago to a good standard.

I am sad to leave the house but will be moving in the the missus and need someone to replace my room.

The property is within 5-10 min walk from Clapham Common station and Clapham Common park, 15-20 min walk to Battersea Park or Northcote Road. 2-5 minute walk to local coffee shops (Gail's), Pubs and Sainsburys local.
