Great room in Social Houseshare

I'm looking for someone to take on the last 4 months of my contract in a great Houseshare in the heart of Clapham Common. Having known most of the house for years, I'm sad to be going but I've decided to leave London so it has to be done.

Bills are roughly 100 per month & move in date is 25th January. There is a bit of flexibility with this.

Current contract ends 2nd June but the remaining tennants are currently interested in renewing and the landlord, Joe, is up for that as well

You would be sharing with 3 ladies:

Eleanor, 28yo, works at medical device company. Likes outside activities, cycling, rugby, gym cooking. Meeting up with friends ect exceptional taste in pubs. Will destroy you at the cardboard box game. (More impressive than it sounds)

Mridu, 27yo, works in consulting.
Loves the gym, music and whichever hobby is in rotation (currently woodwork) and loves trying new things. Great for Gym advice and her badminton skills are legendary!

Salome, 35yo, works in the media industry.
Loves baking, working out, going to cinema, attending musicals and looking for the best brunch places in town. She also makes the best crepes outside of France although she is far too modest to admit this.

About the place.

It's 6 minutes to Clapham Common underground (Northern line) and has bus stops going to Clapham junction and Brixton a stone throw away.

There is a massive Sainsbury's, a small Waitrose and loads of pubs/bars. Being a 10 minute walk from Clapham common park is awesome in summer and there is just such a variety of stuff to do.

The house has 3 bathrooms but you will be sharing 2 of them with Eleanor & Mridu. Rest assured, we have a Dishwasher.

We don't have a gender preference as its more about getting the right person that can get on with the house while also having the basics (clean, respectful etc). We all have our own lives/friends but we get on really well and often do nights in and out as a house so looking for someone to have a similar vibe.
