I'm relocating to Bristol, so I’m looking for someone to take the lease for my double room just off Clapham Common. The room is available from early January through to mid 2025 and there’s potential to extend the lease when the tenancy expires.

Ideally, we're looking for another young professional bloke to keep the tenant mix, but we’re really just looking for the best personality fit!

The flat is located in a beautiful victorian mansion block situated directly on Clapham Common. Northcote Road is a 5 minute walk away. Clapham Junction station (National Rail/Overground) is a 10 minute walk, and Clapham Common (Northern Line) is a 5 minute bus journey with a bus stop right next to the flat.

The flat is split level with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a wc. There’s a large kitchen-diner, a separate living room, and a small utility room. The flat is light and airy, with large windows and tall ceilings. The building benefits from off-street parking and secure bike storage for tenants.

The room itself comes with a double bed, desk and wardrobe. Located at the back of the flat, the room is quiet and gets good natural light if you’re working from home.

You’d be living with the two remaining tenants:

Jamie (26) - works in real estate, rugby player (when not injured) and runner
Ben (23) - works in accountancy, keen climber

They’re tidy, social guys who are based in the office most of the time, but occasionally work from home.

The new tenant will need to pass checks/references with the landlord, and have a full time job.
