I have a double room available in my 2 bed flat in Abbeville village.
I am only there Saturday to Wednesday and work out of the home on Mondays and Tuesdays.
This is a Monday to Friday let ideally and would not be the person main residence.
There is a separate bathroom which can be sole use but it is not en-suite. The kitchen toilet and large living room would be shared. There is a balcony
Parking is available by meter but is only enforced two hours a day I. e you can park for 3.50 a day.
All bills included however extra £100 if let to a couple.
