Well sized double, Clapham South

Hi,

I am letting the main bedroom within my 3 bedroom flat, quite close to Clapham South tube. You will be renting alongside myself, and your flatmate Des. We re both professionals, Des has his own business, I previously did but now work in Central.

The main bedroom, for rent, has a well sized vintage wardrobe, desk area and recently purchased quality double bed.

Alongside the room, the flat also comes with a bathroom which includes a recently redecorated shower and basin area. The flat also has a well-functioning kitchen area accompanied by a small balcony.

I am looking forward a professional whom wants to call the room their home. We have a safe, chilled environment and we would welcome someone to join that.
