We’re looking for a fun sociable female professional (25-30) to rent out our third spare room!

About the room

The room is huge, located on the top floor of a modern 3 bedroom flat. The room has a big window, so lots of lovely light, and overlooks Clapham Common. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of draws. The space is really big, so you can really make it your own. It is perfect for making an office area, or even fitting a sofa - or additional storage.

Rent and bills
The rent is £1,075 a month, with bills coming to around £150.

Move in date
The contract is 12 months, starting 20th Feb.

The deposit
The deposit for the property is £950.

The property
The flat is a modern 3-bedroom property, in an amazing location located just a 7 minute walk from either Clapham Common or Clapham South tube stations. It is a first floor property, split over two levels. There is one shared kitchen, one bathroom, and a modern living room overlooking the common.

The household
About us:
- Tash, 29, works in finance. Loves cooking, gym, pilates, going out for brunch & dinner, day festivals, pub

- Jade, 26, works in marketing for a FemTech company. Loves long walks, going for dinner, pub, music events, and is very up for exploring London!

We both WFH for around half the week, and usually see friends a few nights a week.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who wants to make the house a home, is wanting to be fun and sociable, but who also has their own lives in London too! We are up for flat dinners, going to the pub together, wine and cheese nights, & movie nights.
