Room in Clapham Common

Hey,

I am living with my best mate from Uni in Clapham Common, and have a spare room free for January and February.

We are looking for someone to join us for a minimum of 4 weeks in that period.

About the room;

- You would have a top floor ensuite bedroom
- King size bed
- built in wardrobe
- chest of drawers
About the house:

- Newly refurbished semi-detached house in Clapham Old Town (5min walk to Clapham Common)
- Small Patio / Garden
- Newly built kitchen
- Living Room with TV
- 3 bed / 2 bath
- Fully furnished

About us:

- My flatmate and I met playing rugby at Oxford Uni and have been best mates since. We love to socialise, have people round, cook and watching the odd film together (a wholesome pair).
- We appreciate its only for a month or two but would love to live with someone we really get on with. Open to guys and girls (our friend Alessandra just moved out and can vouch for our cleanliness for "boy" standards)

We’re very laid back so there aren’t any contracts or deposits etc (unless you'd like one). Feel free to put whatever you like in the room and make the house your own.
