Fancy living in the unofficial brunch capital of London? We’ve got a cracking double room going in a cosy house with a garden, just 5 minutes from Clapham High Street and Clapham Common. Perfect for sipping overpriced oat lattes, dodging kids on e-scooters, and convincing yourself you’re a ‘runner’ after one lap around the Common.

About the House:
Spacious, comfy, and homely with all the essentials—living room, dining room, and a kitchen that’s seen its fair share of failed banana bread attempts. The garden’s ideal for BBQs, sunbathing (on those two hot days of the year), or just pretending you’re outdoorsy. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with Fran and Jamie, but don’t worry, they’re good at keeping their toiletries on their side of the sink.


About the Room:
The room’s a bright and spacious double, with plenty of storage; drawers, a wardrobe, and even room for a desk if you’re working from home or just need a spot to plan your next coffee morning. It’s big enough to feel like your own little sanctuary but close enough to the WiFi (which is great btw) to stream Bridgerton in bed without buffering.
Meet the Housemates:
You’ll be joining Jamie, Fran, and Kitty—three laid-back working professionals in their late 20s to early 30s who know how to balance life like true Claphamites. We’re not a party house, so if you’re looking for all-night raves, you might want to try Shoreditch. Instead, expect curry nights, weekend coffee mornings, hunch walks (we blame bad posture and the pandemic), and evenings curled up on the sofa binge-watching MAFS or re-living the drama of Emily in Paris. We’ve got our own friendship groups, but we love a good house hang when the mood strikes.

What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who’s chilled, friendly, and won’t make us regret offering the room. Ideally, you’re looking for a long-term spot (1+ year), not just somewhere to stash your stuff while you “find yourself.”

• References and a deposit required (landlord rules—sorry, not our call).
