We've had a great time living together in this house over the last two and a half years after meeting on Spareroom, however I’m now moving in with a friend so looking for something to take over my room from the 29th ideally all the way up until the 9th May which is the move out date - I’ll only be charging 3 months so you’ll get an extra week and a half moving in immediately.

Rent and council tax comes to £1000pm + around £100pm for bills.

The room itself is really big and has a built-in wardrobe that has loads of storage space above the hanging space, in addition to a huge triple window that offers tons of natural light as the weather gets warmer and has a view of a massive garden.

Sharing with 3 male young professionals in their mid to late 20's. They work in Pharma, Consulting and TV/Radio. They’re all tidy and easy going housemates who enjoy watching a movie or sport in the evenings/weekend and are looking for someone similar.
