I am looking for someone to replace me in this gorgeous 3 bed in Clapham. You’d be living with two lovely female flatmates! It is a three story house with a patio. 10 min walk from Clapham Common tube. You would also have your own bathroom.

Age: ideally 25 - 35
Female preference
WFH: Ideally hybrid working (no more than 2 days wfh) or in the office full time
Other must haves: Very clean and considerate, this is a lovely space and we like to respect it ❤️
Socialising: This is a calm household - love cosy nights in and we’re quite social, but not suited for party-animals!

This room would be subject to you passing the landlord referencing and salary checks. The landlord requires you to either; a) earn £40,000 per year; or b) have a UK-based guarantor.

The move in date is fixed at 29th January 2025. The tenancy runs until 23rd Dec 2025.

The deposit is £1290, which would need to be paid alongside the first month’s rent.
