We're looking for a housemate to join our cozy 3-bedroom flat in Clapham. The flat is in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk to both Clapham Common and Clapham North tube stations, a 15-minute walk to Stockwell, and only 2 minutes from Wandsworth Road Overground station. Clapham Junction is also just a 10-minute bus ride away.

About Us: We’re Emily (24) and Leo (24). We met at university and moved to London after graduating. We enjoy a good pub trip, occasional nights out, dinner parties, and chill movie nights. Leo is a mental health nurse and works in the office Monday to Friday, while I (Emily) work for a charity and work from home 3-4 days a week. We're looking for a housemate who is friendly, easygoing, and sociable — we’re not just after a flatmate, but also a friend!

The Room: The room comes with a super comfy king-sized bed and built-in wardrobes. The additional furniture in the room, including the desk, isn’t included, but there's plenty of space for your own belongings.

The Flat: We’ve been living here for 18 months and really love it. The landlord/letting agents are great and always quick to sort any issues. We’ve just re-signed our tenancy until September 2025 (with no rent increase last year, so hopefully the same will apply this year!).

Bills: Bills are around £73.89 per month, with an additional water charge of £70 per person every six months (£11.66/month).

What We’re Looking For: We’d like someone clean, tidy, and respectful, who’s ideally around the same age as us and enjoys a social, friendly household. If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to meet you!
