Lovely room in flat 5 mins from Clapham Common tub

Hi, I'm Tom. Half English, Half Spanish, chill dude. My mate who lived with me is moving out and I'm looking for an easy going flatmate to share this lovely flat with me in a nice bit of Clapham. 5-10 minutes from Clapham Common station :)

The flat is a two bed, two bathroom. One shower. One kitchen, with all you would need. It is recently refurbished and beautifully done up by our landlord (named Michael, he lives downstairs, we get along with him really well and he's a lovely guy). Pretty good vibes.

I'm looking for someone who ideally does not work from home every day and is quite clean. No dishes or stuff left everywhere or living like a tramp.

We have a cleaner who comes on Saturday mornings (she's called Lucia and is really lovely!)

Playing music, smoking the odd ciggie and drinking and/or having dinner guests is totally fine.

As for me, I work in Private Equity, enjoy socialising and work pretty long hours, often travelling for work during the week, so I'm out of the house quite a lot. My old flat mate joked that it was like living alone. Only downside is that I may every once in a while pick up and (badly) play my guitar/piano. Otherwise pretty easy going!
