Hello,
We are 3 friends in a house in Clapham Old Town, Irish and kiwi who are looking for a 5th person as one friend is moving home.
House is very large and spacious and close to pubs and cafes (30 second walk to the pub). Is also a 5 minute walk to Clapham Common Station and the overground.
We are all working professionals who have hybrid jobs (sometimes work in office, sometimes at home). There is room in the bedroom for a desk to work at and you will have your own bathroom that you will only share with one other person. (3 bathrooms in the house in total). We all enjoy going for drinks and walks together but also happy to do our own thing so would prefer someone similar.
Looking to have someone in for the 16th of October but can be flexible on dates, so get in touch if interested :)
The rent includes council tax and other bills are usually around £60-£80 a month
