King size ensuite room in sociable flat in Clapham

Me and my flatmates Danny (25), Sam (29) are currently looking for someone to replace our current flatmate in our modern apartment located in Clapham Common. The room is an ensuite with a king size bed and a garden to yourself.

The tenancy will start on the 17 July 2025 for a year and will be £1259 pcm (all bills are included).

We really enjoy the flat and the area as its surrounded by greenery, but also very easy to get into the city.

The apartment has a wonderful garden which is quite rare for London these days and is located near all necessary amenities. Sainsburys, Iceland, Waitrose are a couple of minutes walk, as well as several large Gym Groups only a 5-10 minutes walk away. Clapham Common station is 5-10 minutes walk, with Clapham Common Park only one street away from the house (The street is quiet but you have everything you need close by).

Sam enjoy's sports (mostly football, running, gym). And enjoy's socialising and often travels with work. He is a software engineer and works from home. Danny is a social media manager and also enjoys going to the gym. Outside of work he likes to play guitar, watch football, and socialise. As a flat we enjoy hanging out together, watching series, and going to the pub, but we also like having our own time to chill. We would be interested in finding someone who would like to be a part of the flat and hang out!
