Spacious Double Room just off Clapham Common

I’m sadly moving out of my lovely flat near Clapham Common so I’m looking for someone to take my room from 18th May.

❤️ You’d be joining a laid back, sociable household living with 3 lovely people, 2 males and 1 female so preference would be for another female to take the room to keep the balance.

👥My housemates do a mix of working from home and the office. Everyone is friendly and happy to chill and watch TV together with the occasional pub drink/wine night but equally everyone has there own lives and respects each others space. It’s a very chilled household which I have loved.

📍the flat joins onto the common so perfect for the summer!

🏠 the room is spacious with lots of storage, a double bed and comes fully furnished. It’s off the main road so you’ll always have a peaceful night sleep!

🛁🧖🏽‍♀️The flat has 2 bathrooms, both with showers, one of which you have to yourself most of the time. There is a joint kitchen and living area.

💸 Bills are extra and come to around £100 a month, including energy, wifi and council tax.

🚲 The landlord is very quick to respond to issues and there is bike storage which only our flat have access to.

📅 The contract is a minimum of 4 months with the option to extend with a price increase of £120pcm from October onwards.
