**16 May update: Hi all! Our lovely Clapham room is available again due to the person taking it having to drop out last minute. It's ready to go now and I'm looking to find someone who’ll love it here as much as I have.**

I’m moving out of my lovely flatshare in Clapham after a fantastic year and a half, as I’m taking the next step onto the property ladder – so I’m looking for someone to take over my room!
THE ROOM
A spacious, bright room on the top floor of a beautiful Victorian house. It comes furnished with a king-sized bed (with storage underneath), a wardrobe, and a desk that’s been perfect for working from home. It’s a peaceful, cozy space that gets great natural light.
THE FLAT
The house has lots of charm and all the modern comforts:
- A stylish and well-equipped kitchen
- A cosy living room with plenty of natural light
- One bathroom and a separate toilet
- Fast, reliable internet – perfect for remote work and video calls
- Private landlady – responsive, helpful, and no agency fees!
THE HOUSEMATES
You’ll be sharing with Dzifa (she/her, 33) and Hugh (he/him, 32) – a couple who both with as engineers. They are friendly, relaxed, and excellent cooks! It’s a chilled and respectful household where everyone gets along amazingly. We all work 9–5 jobs with a mix of WFH and office days.
THE COSTS
- Rent: £854 pcm
- Bills (incl. council tax): approx. £150 pcm
- Deposit: £500

Just around the corner from Clapham Old Town and Clapham High Street, with everything you need nearby:
- Cafés, bakeries, pubs, restaurants, independent shops
- Supermarkets, gyms, yoga studios, a Saturday market
- Clapham Common & Battersea Park for green space
- Cinema and theatre just a short walk away
- Excellent transport links too – you're well connected by tube (Northern and Victoria lines), rail (overground station at your doorstep and Clapham Junction half an hour away for easy escapes from Gatwick Airport for example!), and buses.
