I’m sadly moving out and looking for someone to take over my lovely top-floor room in a light-filled, friendly house in prime Clapham Old Town – available immediately!
The location honestly couldn’t be better – right next to Virgin Active, with Gail’s just a short stroll away for your morning coffee, and Clapham Common only minutes from the door.
You’ll be living with four lovely housemates, all working professionals who are friendly, social, and respectful – it’s a chilled and welcoming vibe.
The house is split across three floors:
Ground floor: spacious shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, and a downstairs toilet.
First floor: bedrooms and a shared bathroom (shared between 3).
Top floor: two rooms – including mine, which gets loads of natural light.
It’s a clean, spacious home with great energy, and the room itself is a bright, top-floor double.
Bills are around £100 per month.
