Clapham Common - Perfect Location!

Hey! I’m planning on moving out of my flat share in Clapham, so looking for someone to take over my room.

The flat is the top floor of a period conversion, and the room available is a double at the back of the house so nice and quiet, with a great sized wardrobe and additional storage. It’s fully furnished, and the two bed side tables will stay aswell. The room is on its own, next to the bathroom so kind of on your own floor. This is the only bedroom without space for a desk, so you’ll have full use of the lounge to work from.

It’s £1000 for the room, and bills are between £170-£200 a month depending on time of year. This includes WiFi, gas/electricity, water, council tax and a cleaner. It’s a 3 bed flat, and you’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other as one guy has an en suite. There’s a big shared lounge, with a table/work space and parking available too (approx £200 per year).

The current contract is until 9th November, but it would be possible to renew the contract if you wanted to stay longer (current housemates have been here 2+ years). They are both 25/26 and full time working professionals.

It’s a great location - 5 min walk to the Common, and 5-10 min walk to each of Clapham Common tube, Clapham North tube and Clapham High Street overground. Pure Gym is on the same road a 2 min walk away and big Sainsburys is a 5 min walk away.

I can be flexible on the move in date as I’m moving back home so can make it work to suit you.
