Residential street conveniently located about 3mins walk from Clapham Common (northern line). Close to the park and lots of restaurants and pubs. Very close to the big Sainsbury’s.

I’m moving back to America - so I am open to leaving the room furnished with whatever you are interested in. Everything is less than a year old. If I do leave it furnished, I’d want to negotiate an amount for the furniture, which we can discuss based on what you’d like to stay. If you want everything, I’d leave it all for £275:
