Double Room in 3-Bed House Just Off Abbeville Road – Mid-June Move In ✨

Hey Everyone! One of our housemates is moving out of his lovely top-floor room in our 3-bed house just off Abbeville Road. He’s been here for 18 months but is sadly moving on, so we’re looking for someone new to join the gang from mid-June.

The house is spread across three floors with a furnished living/dining area, two bathrooms (you’ll be sharing with one other), and an extra toilet downstairs. We’ve also got a garden, which is perfect for summer!

The room is on the top floor, comes with a bed, and gets loads of natural light – a really lovely space to make your own.

You’d be living with Alex (25), who works in insurance, and Hannah (25), who works in fashion wholesale. We’re both in the office 3–4 days a week and do our own thing day to day, but we love hanging out at home when we are in at the same time – whether it’s a chilled movie night, hosting a dinner party, or heading out for a fun night at the pub. It’s a sociable, fun house, and we’re looking for someone who’s tidy, chilled, friendly, and wants to be friends not just housemates. Ideally 25+, and no couples please!

The location is amazing – just off Abbeville Road, with loads of great pubs, cafes, and shops on your doorstep. Clapham Common station (Northern Line) is about a 10-minute walk.

Rent is £1,166 per month, plus bills which are around £200 a month. The tenancy runs until October 2026, so we’re looking for someone to sign on for the remaining 18 months.
