Double room available in 2 bed flat - Clapham

Looking for a new flatmate to join me in a bright and cosy two-bedroom flat, just a stone’s throw from Clapham Common (literally 30 seconds away!). The location is fantastic — under 5 minutes’ walk to Clapham Common tube station and close to everything you need. Gas heating is included in the rent, so energy bills are pretty much capped at £20 per month.

A bit about the flatmate I’m looking for: ideally, someone who’s experienced with flat sharing, values a clean and friendly home, and is up for the occasional chat or glass of wine. I’d prefer someone who mostly works from the office, just to keep the space balanced.

About me: I’m 29, originally from South Africa, and work in the City at a pension fund. I’m easygoing, considerate, and enjoy living in a calm, friendly home. I’ve been here for two years and absolutely love the flat and the area. My current flatmate is moving in with her partner, which is the reason the room is becoming available.

The room is available anytime in August — I can be flexible with dates.
