Hi - I have a great double bedroom in my flat in Clapham Common available from the start of September. I’m currently living in Australia so you’ll be sharing the flat with my lovely previous flatmate Eleanor.

Preferred females only 28-35, no couples :)

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe with mirrors, and chest of drawers - it has a skylight in the roof. The flat is really new and modern, and is 5 mins walk to Clapham Common but also walking distance to Brixton station. It's available from 1st September with the deposit needing to be paid to confirm the room. The contract is a rolling monthly contract.

The rent is £1100 per month, including all bills (covers everything - council tax, internet, Netflix, water & electricity). Deposit is £1100.
