Hi - I have a great double bedroom in my flat in Clapham Common available from the start of October. I’m currently living in Australia so you’ll be sharing the flat with my lovely previous flatmate Eleanor.

Preferred females only 28-35, no couples :)

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe with mirrors, and chest of drawers - it has a skylight in the roof. The flat is nice and modern, and is under 10 mins walk to Clapham Common and about 15 mins walking distance to Brixton station. It's available from 1st October (flexible with move in date) with the deposit needing to be paid to confirm the room.

The rent is £1100 per month, including all bills (covers everything - council tax, internet, Netflix, water & electricity). Deposit is £1100.
