Double bedroom in shared garden flat, Clapham

We have a double bedroom available in our shared, spacious 3 double bedroom flat on the Abbeville Rd in Clapham Common. It's a beautiful period building with a large shared garden and this bedroom overlooks it as you can see in the pictures.

Double bedroom has built in wardrobes and drawers but you would either need to bring your own bed as the room will be empty or keep the existing bed frame but buy your own mattress. So a blank canvas for you to make the space your own.

We are working professionals in our 30s, hybrid working and plenty of space for you to work from home too. We like to keep the flat neat and tidy, so ideally someone who respects that and wants to live in the same way :)

Chilled, sociable, sometimes homecooking, sometimes out and about, we love playing sport on the common, hitting the local pubs - and the Abbeville Rd is a village in itself with everything you need on your doorstep. Clapham South is literally a 5 minute walk from the flat.

We are looking for someone who wants to make this their home, so we are not looking for short lets but someone who will compliment us as friends and flatmates and enjoy the flat together. Look forward to meeting you soon and this is available to rent from end August 2025.
