Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate for this lovely 2-bed furnished flat, as my current flatmate is sadly moving out of London.
The flat is in a fantastic location — less than 5 minutes’ walk from Clapham Common tube, with a bus stop right outside and a big Sainsbury’s just down the street. It has a furnished bedroom (including bed with underneath storage, drawers, closets), living room, kitchen, and separate toilet and shower room.
Bills are about £140/month (Wi-Fi, electricity, council tax and water).
I’m 29, English/American, and work in marketing at a healthtech startup (full-time office based). I’m ideally looking for a professional female who's looking for a home rather than just a room. Will be great to find someone who’d be up for the occasional glass of wine or coffee and chat after work, but also can both do our own things as well.
