Large double bedroom available in Clapham Common!

I’m sad to leave a great house-share in the heart of Clapham Common! Move in date would be the 7th September.

The room is a very large double and you’ll share the bathroom with one other person on the same floor. Bills come up to just about £110/month.

You would be sharing with 3 ladies:

Eleanor, 28yo, works at a medical device company. Likes outside activities, cycling, rugby, gym cooking. Meeting up with friends etc. exceptional taste in pubs. Will destroy you at the cardboard box game. (More impressive than it sounds)

Bernice, 27, lawyer.
Ex netball player turned tennis, yoga & pilates enthusiast. Big fan of cinema (the real kind, with popcorn and a big screen). Always up for a chat after work and brings a calm, friendly vibe to the flat.

Julia, 28, Project Manager.
Foreign languages and travel lover. Enjoys a good pub quiz, a night out or a cosy night in. A fan of pilates, music and ramen (got a list of the best ramen places in town). Always happy for a catch up in the kitchen or over coffee! :)

About the place:

It's 6 minutes to Clapham Common underground (Northern line) and has bus stops going to Clapham junction and Brixton a stone throw away.

There is a massive Sainsbury's, a small Waitrose and loads of pubs/bars. Being a 10 minute walk from Clapham common park is gorgeous in summer and there is just such a variety of stuff to do.

The house has a garden, 2 bathrooms & 1 additional toilet as well as parking.

We don't have a gender preference as it’s more about getting the right person that can get on with the house while also having the basics (clean, respectful etc).

We all have our own lives/friends but we get on really well and do nights in and out as a house so looking for someone to have a similar vibe.
