We got a room available in Clapham Common, from mid-December (Terence’s room). Until at least 29/09/2026. Contract can be renewed.
£782.5 each and bills are between £90-£120 (depending on gas/electricity consumption) a month. The flat has been recently (September) renovated.
You would be sharing with me (26, market research), Don (27, radiographer), and Ren (24, physiotherapy clinic/music venue). We are all tidy and clean and looking for someone who is the same. We also like to spend time together as well as alone.
The flat is in a great location, perfect for young professionals with jobs in the city. It is 5 mins walk from Clapham Common underground station, 7 mins walk from Clapham High Street overground station, 2 mins walk from big Sainsbury’s.
The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly.
Once viewed, if interested, you will need to pass some suitability checks executed by the landlord. Then you would be added to the contract, replacing Terence, who is moving back to Australia.
Please note, ideally we would like to replace Terence with a boy to keep the flat balance unchanged.
