Double Attic Room in Clapham Common

Hello potential future housey!

Our beloved flatmate Conor is moving out, so we are on the hunt to find a legend to fill his void (& double bedroom ofc) in our 4 bed split level flat.

🏠 The flat is a 10 min walk to Clapham Common tube and about 20 mins to Clapham Junction, but just 2 mins to the actual Common which is perfect for summer! And lots and lots of buses on the corner connecting you to the rest of the city (very handy for tube strikes etc).
The room available is on the top floor. You'll be sharing a shower room with a separate toiler with two others. We have a lounge room/dinning area and separate kitchen. The communal areas get so much sun and you can catch us on the balcony in summer tanning or having drinks.

🤑 Rent for the room is £910 a month and bills are £135 a month - but this covers everything (including a cleaner who comes weekly).

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We are Kelse (boy), Caroline (gal) and Bea (gal). We are all quite active - running, cycling and various sports. We keep it fairly chilled during the week but are all usually out and about on weekends- trying out new restaurants, nights out at the pub and weekends away.

👀 We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of each others space but also happy to have a glass of wine, Deliveroo together and watch a movie when we’re in (common on Sundays). We get along and have lots of laughs together - definitely a warm place to call home, not a passing ships in the night scenario.
