The building is modern (~10 years old) and the flat was renovated around 4 years ago. In spite of the great location, it is very quiet as the bedroom and balcony facing on to a private road.
You'll have a very short walk (>5 mins) to Clapham Common tube and even quicker walk to the coffee shops and pubs in Clapham Old Town.
You will have a extra large private bathroom to yourself (note this is separate to the bedroom rather than a connected en suite - there are two bathrooms in the flat) and you will be sharing with me and Buster.
ABOUT ME (and Buster)
Buster is a very well behaved and friendly 5-year old cockapoo who will be your new best friend. You can see a photo of Buster in the listing.
I'm almost as well behaved and friendly. I work in tech and I'm in the office during the week. I'm gay and tend to have relaxed weekdays with early nights and Netflix. At the weekend, I go the gym, catch up with friends, enjoy short trips and take Buster for long walks.
ABOUT YOU
This flat is a great fit for anyone who often works from home. I tend to be at the office four days a week (I work from home on Tuesdays only) and I'd very much appreciate a flat mate who is able to provide Buster with some company.
This probably goes without saying, but it is important that you get along with dogs!
I'm not sure Buster is up for having another dog in the house, so unfortunately I won't be able to accomodate anyone who comes with their own dog (sorry!!).
