Rooftop Clapham double room

Im moving back to N. Ireland and my room is available from 10th October
A large double room slap bang in the middle of clapham old town with literally everything at your fingertips. The room is on the upper floor of a duplex with your own separate bathroom, the other two bedrooms are on the floor below. There is a massive terrace outside of the room with great veiws and plenty of evening/sunset sun shine. The entire apartment has air conditioning. Each room separately controlled. A large shared dining/living room and kitchen with another smaller terrace adjoining. Fantastic area and peaceful throughout the night. Alot of mod cons throughout with ring doorbell and concierge. Parking underground is available at a cost from the landlord. You'll be sharing with 2 other male professionals with a mixture of wfh. The apartment is big enough to have your own space and peace or entertaining. The vibes are very chill with privacy or weekend drinks/dinner etc. Bills fluctuate but generally around £150-200 per month. The apartment is naturally warm so little need for heating during winter. Rooms are pretty soundproof with good neighbours on either side and quick lift access. A very clean area with access for bike parking provided outside and underground. There will be a £50 fee to have names transferred, a £1533.33 deposit paid to the letting agent and a 3 week period for the agent to reference check the new tenant.
