Room in 5 bedroom sociable house

Hello, we have a room available from October the 15th as one of our current housemates is making the move to Australia.

We are four females aged 24-28 who met through spare room. 2 from New Zealand and 2 from Ireland who have lived together for roughly a year. We all have our own friend groups but hang out in the lounge in the evenings and still spend time together on some weekends.

The room is decent sized with double bed, drawers and wardrobe. Rent is £885 plus bills. The house has two bathrooms, lounge and decent sized kitchen.

We are looking for someone who is aged 24-30 don’t mind male or female.
