I’m sadly moving back to South Africa 🇿🇦, which means my lovely room in Clapham South will be up for grabs from 19 October.

📍 Location: Clapham South, SW4
• 15 min walk to Clapham South Tube (Northern Line)
• Bus stop just 4 mins away 🚍
• Sainsbury’s Local a 7-min walk away
• Brixton and Clapham High Streets just a quick bus ride away

🛏️ The Room:
Semi-furnished with a bed frame, mattress and cupboard, plus a big window that brings in loads of natural light 🌞 The rest of the flat is fully furnished by the girls, so it already feels like home. You’ll be sharing one bathroom.

💷 Rent/Bills:
• Rent: £750
• Deposit: £1039
• Bills: around £150 (will fluctuate a little in the winter months)

🍽️ The Flat:
Spacious open-plan lounge with desks, a huge outdoor space (with an outdoor storage room). Comes with all the essentials: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and even an air fryer ✨

👯 Your Future Flatmates:
You’ll be living with two lovely ladies, Alex (29, works in motorsport) and Steph (30, works in tech). They’re both South African, have been in London for 3 years, and moved into our home in April.

✨ The Vibe:
The girls are super clean, friendly and sociable — they love a good braai, brunch, or movie night, but it’s definitely not a party house. Rugby fans beware: Springbok games are a very big deal in this household 🏉🇿🇦

They’d ideally like another South African - female between 28 & 32 (or someone happy to tolerate their questionable Afrikaans and rugby obsession) They’re keen on someone sociable, friendly, professional, and tidy who’s looking for a place that feels like home.
