Mon-Fri room to rent in Clapham

We're Greg and Ruth, a professional couple, together 5 years in our late 20’s, living in a two-bed flat by Clapham Common. We're looking for a working professional to live in our second bedroom from Monday to Fridays.

The flat is idyllically positioned right on Clapham Common. It is a less than 10 min walk to either Clapham Common or Clapham South tubes stations for the Northern Line. It is also a 30 min walk away or a short bus ride to Clapham Junction.

The flat is very homely with good neighbours and a lovely feel. We’ve succumbed to the mid 30’s lifestyle so I’m relatively quiet in the week and up early so looking for someone with a similar vibe.

We're both sociable, like playing sport, going out eating/drinking and doing new things, holidays, weekends away, as well as cooking in the flat and chilling at home.

The flat is fully furnished with everything you could need. The bedroom has double ottoman bed with good storage and a lovely view across the common.

I work in sales, and Ruth works in consulting, so we both work 9-5 jobs and occasionally work from home. We have two desk spaces in the flat, but we're happy to discuss shared workspaces!
