This is a double bed bedroom in a spacious two-bed flat, which has a very homely feel to it. There is a large kitchen and dining area, with plenty of cupboard space and additional storage for large items (such as boxes and suitcases) in a secure back staircase. All windows have secondary glazing, which has a noticeable impact on warmth in winter and makes it very quiet from street noises all year round.

The living room of this flat is lovely and has two sofas, a television, large coffee table, decorated walls and stylish period features. There is ample space for a good-sized desk if you require to work from home sometimes.

The bedroom is a cosy size and very manageable due to the large wardrobe, double shelves and under-bed storage. I have had no issues with this during my time in the flat.

I am looking for a sociable flatmate for this room, who is clean, tidy and respectful. Someone who is as happy chatting as they are relaxing during the evenings and at weekends.
