A cozy Victorian House converstion SHORT TERM

Hi,
My friend and I have a double bed Victorian house conversion in Clapham Common to rent :)
The house has a double bedroom with garden/patio view from the window.
The lounge isn't available as we use it as a storage room.
The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are all separated.

Where to begin? Clapham is a renowned hub for young professionals in London. With an abundance of bars, cafes, supermarkets, cinema, restaurants and of course, the infamous common, you'll struggle to tire of this ever-growing hotspot. All of these on your doorsteps.
3 mins walk to local underground station and buses.
Clapham Common isn't far from all central area.

The house is very clean an tidy.
Parties are not allowed.
No smokers
We kindly asking to take your shoes when come inside from outside (for hygienic purposes)

UTILITY BILLS INCLUDED ARE WATER + WIFI + COUNCIL TAX ⭐️
Electricity and Gas you have to top up :)

🚗Parking is also available as payable on-street.

Bed with a orthopaedic mattresses, with four storage drawers, clothes rail, bedside table and a lamp, a small chest of drawer and a chair.
Please note that" you might be able to stay for up to 6 months"
