There is a double room available in a house on Abbeville Road, 7-10mins walk to Clapham Common tube station and about 15mins to Clapham High Street station. Fully furnished and with live in landlords, however we are travelling a lot and the tenant might be 3-4 weeks on their own at the time. The house is very quiet and tidy and it would suit a person who is looking for a peaceful place.
We are looking for a professional female or male for Monday to Friday stay. 2-3 nights per week will also be considered for a lower price. All bills included.
You will have your own shower room and share a garden, kitchen and a living room with us. There is also a bike shed you can use.
