The bedroom also has a built in wardrobe with overhead built in storage as well as a chest of drawers. The flat itself is a 7/8 minute walk from Clapham South tube and is right next to a well supported bus-station.
The room aside, the flat also has a recently redecorated bathroom, with pretty wash area, and purpose built shower space.
The flat also has a recently redecorated kitchen; housing a well sized fridge, functional cooker/oven, washing machine plus microwave 👍🏼
The flat also comes with business grade broadband plus TV license.. Other bills; electric, water, and gas come to between £50 and £75 P/M (typically). Over the Summer months they should be circa £50 P/M.
We will also have a cleaner twice monthly, 2 hours per session (£40 x 2) = £80.00/3 =£26.67 (approx haha)
