The flat also has business grade broadband plus TV license.. Other bills; electric, water, and gas come to between £50 and £75 P/M (typically). Over the Summer months they should be circa £50 P/M.
I am looking for a friendly, professional type person whom is looking for a chilled space to call home.
About myself; I work for a building consultancy/contractor and am mainly based in the City or Wokingham 👌 I had previously founded and run a head-hunting consultancy before ending the business in 2023, completing a full time MSc from Reading 2023/2024, to then starting this new role.
