I am letting a recently re-decorated double bed near Clapham South tube.

The bedroom comes with built-in wardrobe plus overhead storage, new 32 inch tv with stand, double bed with under bed storage, well sized chest of drawers plus bed side lamp and drawer. The flat itself is a 7/8 minute walk to Clapham South tube plus is close to a very well supported bus-station…

The flat also has a recently redecorated bathroom; coming with a well built washing area, and well built shower area. The kitchen has also recently been redecorated, with the kitchen having a big fridge/freezer, great gas cooker/oven/grill, storage for pots and pans plus a washing machine, and microwave 👍🏼

The flat also has a combi-boiler, business grade broadband plus TV license.. Other bills; electric, water, and gas come to between £50 and £75 P/M (typically). Over the Summer months they should be circa £50 P/M.

I am looking for a friendly, professional type person whom is looking for a chilled space to call home.

About myself; I work for a building consultancy/contractor and am mainly based in the City or Wokingham 👌 I had previously founded and run a head-hunting consultancy before ending the business in 2023, completing a full time MSc from Reading 2023/2024, to then starting this new role.
