Sunny Double Room 5 mins from Clapham Common

Due to one tenant relocating to Australia, we are looking for a young professional to take a double room in Clapham Common with 3 (clean and tidy) boys. All 3 of the tenants you will be living with are English, 30 (or near enough) and work in finance/sales. The tenancy is up for renewal on the 31st of January, and it's still up in the air whether we renew at this current point in time.

The house located in Old Town, just opposite the Pigs Head pub. It is a 5 minute walk to Clapham Common and the tube station. Perfect location if you're looking to explore London, or enjoy the large array of pubs and restaurants in Old Town.

We are quite a social bunch, so you're always welcome to invite friends round. Our policy is to just clean up after yourself and be mindful that we all work Mon-Fri. It's a tall house with 5 stories, so noise isn't often an issue.

Communal areas include large kitchen with an island and living room on separate floor. Large 2 tiered patio.
