I would like to share my house with someone who is tidy and not very noisy as I'm a quiet person.

WHEN I RETURN I WILL CHARGE £50 PER MONTH FOR THE GAS AND ELECTRICITY BILLS.
THE FEE FOR THE WEEKLY CLEANER WE WILL SHARED WHEN I WILL BE LIVING THERE +- £80 to share, while I'm away you'll have to do the cleaning as you'll be living alone or hire someone.
UTILITY BILLS INCLUDED ARE WATER + WIFI + COUNCIL TAX ⭐️
FOR COUPLES THE RENT IS £1.200 p/m + some bills as mentioned above
