Large spacious room available in a house share in the heart of Clapham Common. Please note room in photos is a different room, identical shape and size but with marble flooring not wood! Shown in the mirror picture at the end (sorry!!).

Move in date 23rd Nov, could potentially be earlier if needed and my flat goes through in time.

A lovely house with wonderful housemates and great landlords! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy until Oct 23 2026 as I’m moving in with my partner.

You will be sharing a house with 3 working professionals: Hattie (29 works in events), Edgar, (32, works in consulting), and Ali (33, works in finance).

Rent is £920 per month and the deposit is £1,315.39. Bills (Gas, Water, Internet, Council Tax, Electric) are all split equally and paid monthly. Approx £110pp.

We all enjoy time to ourselves, and have friends outside of the house, but equally love hanging out as a group. We are a social house and enjoying dinner parties, pub gardens, run clubs, festivals and film nights on the sofa and ideally looking for a housemate with similar interests that will fit the house dynamic.
