✨Large double room in Clapham South!✨

Our flatmate is moving out to Australia, so we are looking for a sociable, clean/tidy, non-smoker girl also in her mid-late twenties to move in🏡

The house itself is located just off of Abbeville Village in Clapham South, being a house of 6 divided up into two separate flats. There are three of us in the flat downstairs and three other girls living in the upstairs flat - all of us being corporate girls in our mid twenties💃🏽

We’re all really good friends so we treat it as one house socially, and living wise there are separate lounges/kitchens and bathrooms in each flat which is super handy. We all met through this page/spare room!

The room itself is downstairs in a large double that comes with all the essentials (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers). We also have a fab sized garden which we all make use of in the summer🌞The rent is £898.50 with bills being up to £100 on top of rent per month. Deposit is £1206.67. We also have a cleaner every two weeks which is part of the cost of bills.

The flat is located just a 5 minute walk to Clapham South tube station and a few minutes from the common. There is a big Tesco just 5 minutes walk away and a few corner shops on Abbeville road.

Leah, 28, working for the Civil Service
Joelly, 27, working in Marketing

We all love to do things together as a house, going for house dinners, picnics on the common and binge watching trash TV together in the evenings - so looking for someone to be a friend as well as a housemate💓But equally we also all have our own things going on.
