I'm Anna, 34, and I work as a data analyst in a publishing company. I've got a spare room going in my 2-bed flat as my flatmate is moving out after buying their own flat.
It's a 1st floor flat in a block, about 10 minutes walk from Clapham South station. The living room and kitchen are in the photos - it's a light, comfortable space that's well looked after. There's a good-sized living room, huge kitchen, and one bathroom between us.

The bedroom is the larger of the two, furnished with kingsized bed and wardrobes.

Available from Sunday 14th December.

Rent is £800 pcm payable on 1st, and bills (council tax, electric, gas, internet, water) are around £180 each a month, at a max of £200, on top of that. It is Lambeth Council Tax Band B.
I've lived in London for 10 years and recently made a career change into data analytics. Outside of work, I'm pretty creative - I make my own clothes, do bits of freelance design and I'm always learning something new. I love a good book, going to gigs and exhibitions and hiking in the countryside.

I like having people around for dinner and drinks at the weekend, but I'm equally happy doing my own thing. It's nice to have a proper flatmate rather than just someone who happens to live in the same space.

I'm looking for
someone who enjoys good conversation, and who wants a relaxed but sociable home, someone who's considerate and keeps shared spaces tidy.
