Mon - Fri in Clapham

We're Ruth and Greg, a professional couple, together 5 years in our late 20’s, living in a two-bed flat by Clapham Common. We're looking for a working professional to live in our second bedroom from Monday to Fridays.

The flat is idyllically positioned right on Clapham Common. It is a less than 10 min walk to either Clapham Common or Clapham South tubes stations for the Northern Line. It is also a 30 min walk away or a short bus ride to Clapham Junction.

The flat is very homely with good neighbours and a lovely feel.

We're both sociable, like playing sport, going out eating/drinking and doing new things, holidays, weekends away, as well as cooking in the flat and chilling at home. Looking for someone with a similar vibe.

The flat is fully furnished with everything you could need.
The bedroom has double ottoman bed and chest of drawers for storage, a desk and monitor, bedside table, 2x lamps, mirror and decorative art & fake plants. The room also has a lovely view across the common.

Greg works in sales, and Ruth works in consulting, so we both work 9-5 jobs and occasionally work from home.
