The Current flatmate happens to also be the landlord, he works long hours and pretty much keeps to himself.
All Bills inclusive, in unit washer, and Internet. £225 per week, £1800 total for the sublet term. This is not a party house, ideal for professionals who work 9-5 M-F.
The flat is pretty modern, clean and an ideal location if you have to commute into the city.
