We both work full time Monday - Friday, and both do a few days WFH. We enjoy going out to the pub with friends but also having a night in to cook and watch tv.
The room is a spacious top floor room with double bed/mattress, plenty of room for a desk, drawers and wardrobe included. Rent: £1,309.67 and is paid on the 8th of each month. Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
The property itself is a huge 3 bedroom house with living room, and separate kitchen. It also has 2 bathrooms, a garden and a small patio adjacent to the kitchen. All white goods included. The two bathrooms are split between the basement and the 1st floor, so typically all three housemates have been sharing the 1st floor bathroom as it’s closest to all the bedrooms.
You would be joining on a new lease which begins January 2026 and ends in January 2027 with an optional six month break clause.
