Hey! I’m sadly moving up to North London for a new job and looking to replace myself in our gorgeous Clapham home. Gutted to be leaving this lovely space and even lovelier housemates – so hoping to find someone who’ll love it just as much as I have!
🛏️ About the Room:
You’ll be moving into the master bedroom, which is huge and comes with three XL built-in wardrobes (seriously, so much storage). I’m also open to selling my King-sized ottoman bed, desk + chair, chest of drawers, mirror, and a cute ottoman seat – all in great condition, and we can chat prices if you’re interested.
👯‍♀️ The House & Housemates:
You’ll be living with three amazing gals aged 29-32- Liv, Katie & Elle – who have made this house feel like a proper home. They’re sociable, super friendly, and love a good wine night or Netflix binge midweek. If you're looking for a warm, stylish, and relaxed home and hoping to make some great friends then here you go! The house is super modern with a beautiful garden for summer. You'll be sharing a bathroom with just one other gal (Liv) which you can see in the picture but there's also a bath in the main bathroom you can use as well!

Move-in date: Flexible – just want to find the right fit for the girls!
The house is fully furnished & ready to go.
🏠 The Longer-Term View:
The landlord is currently looking to sell the house, but there’s been very little interest (only a few viewings all year). Our lease is up March 16th 2026, but we're hopeful it’ll be extended – and if anything changes, you'd all be looking for a new place together. But really hoping it won’t come to that 🤞
